Camera quality glass was used, to give them a clear, undistorted, image. The objective and ocular lenses were then multi-coated to provide the brightest possible view without glare and reflections. The ocular lens was also made with a larger diameter than most scopes, helping to create a big 4" to 5" eye relief without reducing your field of view, and a larger exit pupil that allows your eye to receive as much light as possible. When you add up all of the design features, plus how bright they are, you?ll agree that the BSA Optics Catseye is a very smart hunting scope. All BSA Optics Catseye Scopes are made of one-piece aluminum tubing*, and then covered in Shadow Black, a sprayed-on, baked, rubber coating that gives them a reflection-free, soft black finish.
