Bluetooth connection is not supported on MAC OSX, usb connection only is compatible with mac computers. If you have windows bootcamp installed on your mac you can use bluetooth connection when running windows. One year warranty* included, see details below. NOTE: Some computers with usb 3.0 ports will not detect the printer. Most will work however a pc with usb 2.0 ports is recommended just in case. It will not print on normal paper. Pocketjet 6 models have a common issue with the paper roller being out of alignment causing the paper to lock even if the door is open. I fix this issue on all pocketjet 6's by permanently realigning the paper roller restoring it to new.
