The exterior has some scratches, but does not appear to have major damage.However, there are some areas, circled in red in the photos, where the plastic is discolored.The box is also damaged and stained.Please judge the condition of the exterior by the photos. As for the maintenance oil,The manufacturer's genuine maintenance oil is White Spindle Oil.Please prepare it if necessary, as it cannot be shipped from Japan. As for the manual, A piece of paper with a URL to download a translated version of the manual will be shipped with the product.
