Machine was serviced at 10k prints to include new CMYK/White ink heads, whole maitence center swap out, with support and install from the distribuitor. A Vornado humidifier is included to keep ink happy. Conditions for use are always at at 75° / 40% with capping stations cleaned daily. Print head calibration and platten adjustment were done after install, and proper Highlight settings are noted with material list. Clean printing, with vibrant colors and solid whites. All inks used are genuine brother innobella inks, and any maintenance/cleaning solutions are genuine brother. Any extras are included.Printer comes with several platens, including the youth and hat bucks. Grips are installed on the general platen, and can easily be removed. Note that the dimensions are 55”(W) x 51”(D) x 21.7”(H), and as such a larger bed truck may be necessary for pickup. We can also arrange for freight shipping at the buyers expense (I estimated at $500 but will issue refund if it's less)
