The item is unworn, free of any marks, scratches or other impediments that would prohibit it from being offered for re-sale. All instructions, guarantees, presentation packaging etc are unblemished and included with the item. The item is returned to us within 14 days of receiving it. It is rare, but should you receive a faulty product or, if your item develops a fault within 30 days of receipt, then we will offer you the choice of a full refund or exchange. This does not apply to failings or damages caused by accident, neglect, or misuse. Please contact the showroom should you find an issue or fault with your item as soon as possible. Should you request a refund, then we will begin the process as soon as we have received the returned item.
