Description: This Bearstone Collection figurine, #2262 circa 1994, depicts a sitting Otis, a male bear, holding what is presumed to be a tax return. He is surrounded on both sides by tall stacks of tax filing-related books, some entitled "Exemptions", "Loopholes", "IRS Rules", "New IRS Rules", "More IRS Rules", "Business Taxes", "Business Law", "Tax Tables" and "Tax Appeals". I got this for my wife over 20 years ago...it's been in the family ever since...and always in a smoke free home. Since my wife lost interest in displaying the figurines, it was put back in the original box and stored for 15+ years. She now wants to see them go to a good home. The figurine is in excellent condition, with no scratches, chips or repairs. Includes the original box and the trifold, Boyds Bears 'Certificate of Authenticity' card. The box/figurine will be carefully wrapped for shipment. The marking on the base indicates Edition/pc 6E/1806, copyright 1994.
