Description: Vintage/antique boxed beading plane, 5/16". Some minor staining on toe. Maker mark stamped on toe - "Martin & Shaw". A small chip of wood is missing on outside edge at toe (See pic). Owner mark stamped at heel "Wallen & Adam". Martin & Shaw produced planes in Birmingham, England between 1845 and 1854. Other than a few blemishes and the small piece of wood missing. the plane is in good condition.
