This are being sold as-is by someone completely uneducated on electronic ballasts, buyer is responsible for doing the research to ensure this is the item they need before purchasing! Returns will not be accepted so please only purchase if you are 100% confident this is the product you need. This model appears to be rather rare. These are unused, the box was sealed shut until I opened it to figure out what the heck was inside. It was in storage for a time but it doesn't appear any moisture or the elements have affected the box.
