Description: BOWEN BATMAN BRONZE STATUE SCULPTED BY RANDY BOWEN # 236/ 250 w/ COA AND BOX. This Bronze sculpture was limited to no more than 250 pieces and this sculpture is #236/250. The number is actually etched in gold into the back of the base of the statue. Based on designs by Dick Giordano, sculpted by Randy Bowen, this statue was cast in 1996. Remastered from the original sculpture by Randy Bowen, DC Comics offered in 1996 a limited hot-cast bronze version of its now classic Batman Statue. The Bronze Batman Statue measures over 12” tall (The same size as the original cold-cast porcelain statue) and is mounted on a obsidian marble base. Statue features a classic Art Deco “tri-toned” patina, the bronze Batman figure has a cape and cowl in gunmetal blue and black, perched on a champagne granite gargoyle. This statue is brand new. It has never been displayed, has no scratches or discoloration and is in perfect condition. It comes with the original box and a hand numbered certificate of authenticity.
