Includes a contents page for all of the fiction and non-fiction in the book, but doesn't give credits in front for all of the artwork found in the magazines (some in color), nor for the verse. An 8 line verse "The Sierras" by Clark Ashton Smith appears in the September 1910 issue on page 781. Buyer pays for priority mail or media mail (mailed in a box).
