Description: All of these items came from an Army pilot who served in the war in Bosnia - Herzegovina. His name is on the map folder. These maps were made up by US Army pilots. The scale is 1;25:000 and this scale was generally used by US Army low flying aircraft, mainly helicopters. The maps are American but will have borders as seen. The 1:25,000 scale allowed the pilot the best view of the terrain. Some of the sheets have come loose. You will see old dried up glue on the back. There are additional papers that I will include that came with the group. One I can mention is the Army Evasion Chart (EVC) and that shows the entire region, to included Plant Photos that might be useful should Escape and Evasion required.FYI---I now 80 and parting with some items I have had for a long time. Once I list this I won't be able to answer questions. This lot is very interesting in my opinion.
