Description: This outfit called Chemin Faisant (On the way) is a 1926 GL fashion and LSDS hat. They are made from a red soft cotton velveteen and trimmed with vintage black scrolled trim. The coat is fully lined with silk and features a slightly gathered front skirt and set in sleeves. The jacket front bodice, collar and sleeves are trimmed with a scrolled trim that reminds me of the ever present wrought iron gates, fences and furniture found throughout France. The hat is fully lined in silk and features the same trim on the brim. Bleuette is all set for some visiting! Coat closes in front with hook and thread loops. Made with Stefanie Ehman and LSDS patterns. Outfit is mostly hand-sewn. All seams are finished. Only jacket and hat are included in auction - doll, shoes and stand are not for sale.
