Make sure the decal sticks on the application film, and not on the backing paper.(If the decal isn't sticking to the transfer paper, rub credit card or finger over the top to allow the transfer film to stick to the decal) 3. Position and stick the transfer film on the target surface and rub the surface of transfer film with a credit card or finger to make sure any air bubbles are removed from vinyl decal.5. Peel off the transfer film slowly and carefully at a very low angle. Make sure the vinyl decal sticks to the surface, and not on the transfer film.
