Description: Excellent Condition! 17"x 14"x 6.5" Closed measurements are approximate due to irregular lines. This is a nice preowned LPS play house that has signs of gentle play. Playset is clean with no writing or markings. Sticker decor is mostly intact, a few are damaged from play. Some minorscratching to plastic surfaces. Missing LPS sign/key that inserts to top of round roof and makes it spin. Balcony rail has been broken and glued back (see photos). This is for the house only, no figures included.
