That's a LOT of hair for an infant! VERY RARE! A long time ago (20+ years), in a Museum Shop not that far, far away, we used to sell these by the caseload! We couldn't keep them in stock! It helped that the majority of our customers were Science Teachers who loved having Albert in the classroom as a mascot...or for whenever a lab assistant was needed for a dangerous task. (I have seen countless videos of Albert being launched in rockets or from trebuchets, often with the quote, "We're gonna need another Timmy". If you don't know this quote, beat yourself senseless for missing Mr. Lizard from the old "Dinosaurs" TV show!) In most cases, these were sold to customers who REALLY wanted our Einstein Bobble Head but wanted something for their classroom that wouldn't break! Meanwhile, friends of ours, who sold general merchandise in their stores, couldn't give these away. All we knew was that one day, trying to call the manufacturer to place ANOTHER reorder, no one answered their phone and, a week after that, their number had been disconnected. We still had no trouble getting more. MANY other dealers whom we knew, who still had Baby Einsteins in stock and for sale, were thrilled that we were looking to buy them and take them off of their hands, store shelves and stockrooms. I don't know how they got rid of the rest of their stock of other characters...not my problem. Until one day, there were no more to find and we were sold out...or so we thought. One day (semi-recently), we were moving some boxes behind a set of shelves in our warehouse and we found an unmarked, unopened box that had fallen behind the shelf. To say we were surprised by what we found inside would be an understatement! So, unless other sellers also keep such poor inventory records, this may be the last of these. If our old customers find out about these, they may be gone rather quickly. If they sell as well for us as they did for everyone else, we might still have some for the next 20 years! Let's find out!
