Comes in original box with certificate signed by the Architect of The Capitol. Flag requested by South Dakota Representative James Abdnor. Box has significant damage. Flag has some faint foxing from 45 years of storage but no significant damage. Photos provide the best description, so please zoom in on photos to get an idea of the size and condition.
