The 2x6 truss design has 7ft. 1in. of headroom at center of the loft floor. Plenty of room for additional storage, workspace, office, etc. Access to the upper floor is provided by the included 'L' shaped stair kit which can be positioned in any of the four corners. Four insulated windows with shutters are included and can be installed as shown or in locations of your choosing. The gable ends are designed to allow installation of additional windows if you desire. Any additional windows are purchased separately from a local home center. Like the included windows the 9-Lite door can be installed on any of the four walls or where shown. *If choosing to install additional windows or moving provided windows and doors additional framing lumber may be necessary. Such additional lumber for headers and framing are purchased separately. SIDING: Primed 3/8" wood siding, with vertical grooves, creates an attractive plank look. Smart Panel, manufactured by Lousiana-Pacific, creates the visual beauty of real wood with the strength and durability of an engineered product. The siding is made from wood strands, pressed into a resin saturated substrate, superior to plywood. A cedar texture is embossed into the substrate, free from knot holes and patches.
