Description: A very nice 1940’s Benrus fancy lug watch. It was fully serviced in 2023 and is running very well and keeping time within a few seconds per day (see timegrapher photo). The styling of this case is timeless and certainly adds to the appeal. The movement is the durable 17 jewels BB 4 and is in excellent condition. The case is in good condition with minor wear. It is 37mm lug to lug, so a mid-size watch suitable for everyone. The case is gold-filled and the caseback is stainless. The dial is all original with even patina. A great watch to wear or to gift to someone who can appreciate it.
