There is an inside hook for you to hand accessory bag or for keys but there is no separate loose pouch included with the bag. The tapestry is in excellent condition no flaws or holes. The bag straps show no sign of wear. The shoulder strap also is excellent with no signs of wear. Zippers all work the bag is super clean on the inside with no rips or tears. ATTENTION!!!!The only wear to the bag is on the very bottom. Please review the picture to see the wear on the bottom from where it sits. The corners have small wear to them not visible when bag is upright. There are a few other marks no mark is over a 1/4 inch as seen in pictures with the tape measure
