Description: This is a large dinner menu from Beekman Arms Hotel and Restaurant in Rhinebeck, New York. It says it is "The Oldest Hotel in America" on the front. I am guessing at the date as between 1945 and 1950 based on the prices. The most expensive entree is a "Broiled Lobster Tail, Baked Stuffed Claims and Petite Filet Mignon" for $7.50. Whew! The open menu is 20" long by 13" wide. Folded it is 10" by 13" with a spot on the front but otherwise in fine condition.
