Pete Best had released a new book ‘The Beatles : The True Beginnings’ that year. Additionally the Casbah Coffee Club, originally run by Pete’s mother Mona Best, was reopening after 44 years. Featuring on the front side of the postcard is an image belonging to Pete Best from the days before the Beatles were signed by a record company. The postcard is in mint pristine condition.
