Barrel Band - Air Venturi Avenger Rifle & Bullpup

Description: For sale is a custom designed Barrel Band to fit the original Air Venturi Avenger Rifle and Bullpup PCP Air Rifles. Also fits the UMAREX Origin Air Rfle. FREE S&H in the USA. This will help correct any Point of Impact (POI) issues with the Air Venturi Avenger Rifle or Bullpup, and tighten groups. This snugs the barrel to the air tube preventing movement which can change POI. Note that the barrel is not clamped tightly, but kept very snug by using a rubber-like (TPU) insert. Includes:1 X 3D printed Barrel Band1 X 3D printed TPU insert 1 X M3 stainless steel screw1 X M3 stainless steel Ny-lock nut1 X steel 2.5mm hex-wrench The Barrel Band is 3D printed in the USA, using Carbon Fiber infused extreme black PETG (premium milled carbon fiber, NOT powder or dust) which is also made in the USA. US made Gun Metal Gray PETG and Black ABS is also available. The Carbon Fiber Black PETG has a matte black slightly textured surface. PETG and ABS plastic will not warp when exposed to outdoor heat, or left in the sun. Other colors may be available upon request. Weight: PETG - 0.56 oz. / 16g. ABS 0.49 oz. / 14g. Installation:1 - Make sure the rifle is unloaded, remove the magazine, point in a safe direction and pull the trigger to make sure the rifle is not "cocked", set the safety lever to the SAFE position. 2 -Remove the barrel end cap / threaded adapter and fill probe cover. 3 - Carefully slide the barrel band onto the shroud with the screw clamp end to fit on the air tube - NOT ON THE BARREL; slightly wetting the barrel bands TPU insert with water or saliva will help. It's a tight fit, twisting it on while pushing down will help. 4 - Once it is on the barrel and aligned with the air tube, slide it down over the air tube, pushing evenly over both the barrel and air tube. Loosen the M3 screw with the provided hex wrench if needed. 5 - Position the barrel band anywhere along the barrel you like; typically about 1" past the fill probe works best. 6 - DO NOT TIGHTEN the screw yet. Shoot 20 rounds or two magazines through the air rifle first to allow the barrel to settle into it's natural alignment. 7 - Snug the screw using the included 2.5mm hex-wrench, Max torque = 16 inch-lbs. DO NOT OVER-TIGHTEN. The end of the screw should be flush with the end of the Ny-lock nut. DONE - Now you can zero your scope/sights and enjoy consistent grouping with your preferred pellet.
