Could use elastic replacement in back which I’ll leave to you No rips, or tears. There is one spot that is noted. May be very minor marks, hanging threads, etc consistence with age. I cannot guarantee fit on your Ken since the dolls have changed in shape and size over the years. I don’t have access to Ken dolls from every decade so I can’t try them on. To be certain, it’s best to buy clothing produced around the same period as your doll when possible.
