Description: The stepper has a 9”x24” platform which it is used for step training. It is recommended that you use it on your carpet or a yoga mat but not on wood or tile floors. The only blemish is the gray oval on the platform which has a few marks on it. The height adjusts from 4" to 6" with the 2" adjusters, easily snaps in place.
