Description: Headset is being sold for parts, as headset and dongle do not pair and this makes normal use impossible. That said, headset powers on and attempts to locate dongle, and is able to pair to bluetooth without issues. Dongle appears to power on and is recognized by connected devices, but blinks red instead of searching for headset. Firmware update and factory resets both failed to resolve this issue. Small crack inside left link of headband and ear cup, but no other obvious damage or defects. Will be packaged and shipped carefully same or next day by an experienced seller.
