Description: This is sealed and sealed with the shrink wrap machine turned up a bit too hot. Wrap is pulling at the cover. I was in the music business way back when and we saw very, very few shrink wrapped promos. That said, I suspect someone ran it thru a shrink wrap machine.....and it's was probably not Capitol. Also, eBay will not accept the UPC number for some reason.
