The stamp head is gray tones with a left side of the head profile wearing the glasses he typically wore and his Roosevelt grin. The background is white but is now discolored with aging. The edges of the stamp are jagged left and right and the top is smooth like from a stamp role. The stamp is from the Prominent American series that ran from the 60s to the 70s.
