GERMAN AUSTRIA COVER FROM GRAZ TO SWITZERLAND 1940 CENSORED The commercial cover from Graz to Frauenfeld (Switzerland) franked with the German “Winter Help” issue and cancelled in Graz post office on March 10, 1940. According to the order of German administration, the cover was opened, checked for the presence of currency and forbidden information, sealed with the special tape (E-51), signed and stamped (E-2) by German censor in Frankfurt.
