TOOLS REQUIRED: A drill with a 1/8" bit, an adjustable wrench, and a Phillips-Head screwdriver. All other accessories--screws, nuts, and directions--are included. Using the tools above, the stand can be attached to the top of a golf bag and features two legs that drop down--with a metal arm that lies flush against the bag to hold it in place.
