Description: For sale is a non-functioning 2021 ASUS ROG Zephyrus G14 laptop. It comes with the AMD Ryzen 9 5900HS CPU, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 6GB GPU, 16GB of DDR4 3200 MHz RAM, and a 1TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD. The display is a 14" FHD (1080p) 120 Hz screen. The laptop is NOT fully functioning. The laptop will not power on and does not show any signs of power. The likely cause of the problem is a failed power delivery IC. The laptop was functioning before but had a high-pitched noise coming from the power delivery IC.The laptop soon failed and will not power on at all or show a charging indicator. As far as I could tell before it failed, every component was working flawlessly. That means that CPU, GPU, RAM, SSD, battery, display, touchpad, fingerprint, webcam, and keyboard did not have any problems. If you have the means to solder a new power delivery IC, you could possibly fix the problem, but do this at your own risk and you have been warned (I am not guaranteeing anything here). The SSD is brand new and unused without anything installed (Fanxiang S8808 Gen4 NVMe). I have included some pictures of the power delivery IC if that helps.
