Description: Astrophytum capricorne for sale here. Plant is in 3 inch pot with a single stem that is over an inch in diameter and high. A.capricorne is a small size, usually solitary, with flat to globose depressed stem, up to 3-4 inch in width, dark-green to light green, sometimes bronzed in full sun. The superb feature of some of this plants is due to the intersection between the traits of the ancestors and make them very desirable. The main characteristic of this variety are the woolly areoles, high ribs and soft, but web looking spines with flowers are large, yellow with red throat, very colorful. The old specimen are often very handsome. Originally this variety find in Tamaulipas, Mexico.Plant ships bare root. USA and her territories ONLY.
