The pick guard is 3ply PVC. The TOM bridge brings a brighter tone than its bigger brother the Jazz King. The finger tail piece allows for adjusting of the rake angle behind the bridge. The Die Cast tuners keep the instrument perfectly in tune. Two full voiced Alnico-5 humbucking pickups deliver a full range of tone. This instrument weighs in at 7 lbs. and has a quality, solid feel. The electronic controls are 2 volume, two tone and a three-position pickup selector switch.
