Description: Listed are Arts and Crafts copper bookends done by some craftsman from a copper sheet probably about 50 or 60 years. His or her inspiration? Maybe farm nearby, so there are two sheep looking back at you. Both are very well done, so someone had practice to make them look so professional. After the reposse work done on part of the copper sheet, it was bent in numerous places then tacked to a wooden backing. Red felt was applied to finish them off. The bookends are unsigned. They are 7.5 inches tall, 5 inches wide, and 3.5 inches deep. They have a nice old patina with only one small area that has darkened. As with any antique, do not touch; it was just dusted off from time to time. If you have questions, please contact me.
