Kerr & Co. sterling silver wide hammered napkin ring in Art Nouveau designs, decorated with folded edges and applied figure of a lady in the waves holding a giant lobster. No monograms. Marked 196. c. 1900. This spectacular napkin ring is 1 1/2" wide, 1 3/4" in diameter and weighs 33 grams or 1 ozt. It has a tiny crack on the edge. The soft, warm, original finish is present, with no buffing or machine polishing. The excellent original condition and clear, crisp detail, with no monograms, removals, repairs or alterations, make this an especially attractive offering.
