DESCRIPTION: Large vintage decorative charger / plate in Art Deco style. Charlotte Rhead for Crown Ducal. Molded ceramic with hand decoration of stylized flowers. Pattern 3272 Rhodian. Maker's marks: handwritten "Rhead 2"; back stamp "Crown Ducal - Made in England". 1930s I believe. CONDITION: A few small scattered losses to the orange bead edge decoration. (These are losses to orange decoration only, not chips to the ceramic.) See photos. Otherwise excellent original condition. No other damage and no significant wear. No restorations. No other losses or wear to the decoration. No chips, cracks, flakes, fleabites, dings, scuffs, scratches. Very clean as found. No scale, staining, discolorations, etc. I see no evidence this plate was ever used other than decoratively. Displays well.
