CFast 2.0 media is superior to SxS media in write speed, so you can capture the higher frame rates at higher resolutions in ProRes. Please note that this brand and model of card (Lexar 3600x 256GB) is the ONLY one that has been approved by ARRI for use with the ALEXA SXT. Other CFast 2.0 cards will not mount and will provide an error message. That said, Lexar 3600x 256GB CFast 2.0 cards are both very common and very affordable on the used market so there is no issue with finding more. The only reason I am selling is because I am investing in the (unfortunately) significantly more expensive and bulky SXR Drive route for ARRIRAW capture (the one thing CFast 2.0 cards aren't capable of when filming with the ALEXA SXT). If you intend on filming in ProRes, the SXR drives won't offer you any functionality that the CFast 2.0 route won't cover. The additional plus side of CFast2.0 is that common and affordable card readers will be both Mac and PC friendly, whereas the bulky and incredibly expensive SXR Drive docks are Mac only.
