Description: Armstrong SA-51, 1/2 Drive Ratchet, USA Made. 24-clicks per revolution. Opened the ratchet for cleaning / lubrication - no mechanical issues noted there. Online reference indicates on this model, Armstrong also used a depressed spring loaded ball under the forward/reverse lever to help keep the lever in position. Some pictured online show this feature, and some, like this one, perhaps an earlier model, have no provision for that feature. Forward / Reverse selection lever was possibly repaired - still works - see the pictures. No owner markings noted in a quick check. See photos for detail.
