If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us so we can help resolve the problem. All items shipped are coming from our Holland Small Engine store located in Holland, Michigan. Most of our items are in used condition and are coming out of our store. We do our best to make sure items are clean but because they are used they may be dirty or dusty from storage.
