Description: I'm the second owner of this irDAC since 2018. It was originally purchased new in 2016. Here are some facts and things to note about it, as it is not a perfect unit: It is missing the wi-fi antenna, but has all the other original parts and packagingSometimes, on a Grado GS1000e, doesn't detect a sound signal and sends only a tiny bit of noise to one earphone. Then, if you use the remote to adjust the sound, it makes a loud pop and cuts out sound until you restart the irDAC. I have tried other earphones with it and it doesn't seem to happen, but since I haven't tried much, I am not entirely sure if it's just the Grado headset or the irDAC itself that is the problemThe unit will come with an additional optical cable and a USB cableI sometimes need to jostle the headset plug in the DAC to make the sound go through correctlyThe external power supply was replaced in early 2023 with a brand new oneI stopped using it in late September 2024 Please ask me any questions you may have about this irDAC.
