The case size is on the bigger big side at 48mm but it does not wear massive as the bezel is only 42mm and then the sides of the case taper down and so giving the look of being smaller. Having said all that, it is quite a big watch overall so smaller wrists under 7 inches it may look a bit oversized. My personal view (for what its worth) is it doesn't really matter what size your wrist is...if you love it, dont be shy.. just wear it! I have quite a small wrist at about 7 inches and i wear oversized watches all the time.
