Description: 83 G.I. Joe APC is complete with steering wheel and both seatbelts. APC has no broken tabs and has excellent orignal stickers. Front bumper has one warped plastic tab (minor) but can be seen in last picture. APC comes with original box which is in pretty good shape but does have grey duct tape someone used to seal the box on one side.
