Description: A wonderfully turned pin and three balls in a wooden box. This must have been a personal game for a family as there is no indication of any maker. It is like a piece of folk art that a person made for the family to play with. The whole game is in excellent condition and is from the late 1800's. A great piece of folk art.The wooden box is 12 1/2" long x 6" wide and 3 1/2" deep it has two hinges but is missing the clasp. The pin is 10 1/2" tall and 2 1/2" in diameter at widest point. Each ball has a different color set of two stripes around it and they are 2 3/4" in diameter. This is smaller than a croquet ball so they must have been made for this game. Item ID:1423
