Description: Antique Wild and Wessel (W&W) Kosmos Brenner Hand Painted Oil Lamp. Antique and rare Wild and Wessel (W&W) Kosmos Brenner hand painted oil lamp in great vintage condition with no noticeable damage to the body of the piece, no deep scratches, no chips, no cracks and no repairs. The mechanism turns but we do not know if it is fully functional as we do not test the pieces. Pieces like this are more difficult to find in these conditions as they are over 100 years old. It features a young man standing outside wearing a red coat. The mechanism is marked as well as having a sticker on the underside of the piece. The glass shade has the shop where it came from marked. It’s an interesting piece which would make an excellent addition to any collection. The piece is approximately 14 1/2” inches tall with the shade on. We are not sure if there are more parts and it does not come with the original packaging. Please review all photos thoroughly and carefully as they are an integral part of the description.
