A collection of vintage and antique charms, both precious metals and vintage / antique alloys.This appears to be a collection on a plated / filled pocket watch chain with elaborate details. Some charms are thought to be of European / Mediterranean in origin. Amongst others, you can find a: coral figa, cornuto, a double sided carved carnelian Arabic fob, a striped agate seal fob, hardstone (?) intaglio horseshoe and horse charm, a coral pepper horn, Roman cameos - including a double depiction, hand charm, a possible St. Mark winged lion, a Masonic charm with hidden magnifying glass, a sealed star pendant ( possibly mourning pendant with lock of hair) complete with paste stone / diamond, a lava carved Green man, a micro-mosaic goldstone,miniature wax seal in what seems to be amethyst, a scarab with intaglio in what appears to be red jasper, and a 1874 $3 dollar gold coin pendant amongst other treasures in this 40 "charm" collection.
