It measures 8 3/4 inches long by 6 1/4 inches wide. It is Stamped or Embossed Steel and is Very Heavy. It reads: DEALER---2986---ILLINOIS 46. It is All-Original with No repairs and No repaints. No extra holes. It has oxidation to surface and is Very Solid. It would probably clean up better. You will be Very Pleased!
