Description: Antique Vintage Edwardian Linen Tan Walking Church Dress 1909 Lattice Lace AS IS. Here we have an authentic early 1900s afternoon or church dress made from an off-white linen with lattice lace panels. The skirt has a peplum that is finished with lace. It is long sleeve with a skirt that falls to the ground. There are many snaps at the center front for closure. The buttons on the front of the dress are decorative. A note is pinned to the sleeve that reads "Afternoon and church dress c. 1909." This dress is in fair condition considering its age. The fabric has begun to split in a few places, mostly on the upper back. There are a few holes in the skirt as pictured. This piece is great for reworking, collectors, or crafters.
