Description: Antique Vintage 1920's 1926 1927 1928 Hupmobile HUPP Car Tail Light Lamp. This is an original tail light assembly. The diameter across the front measures 4 3/8 inches. The depth measures 2 inches. The top of the light body is stamped "HUPP TYPE-C". The light body in very good condition with no dents. dings, alterations or rust holes. The mounting studs on the back look good with original nuts still attached. I don't know why the steel bar is mounted on the back. If needed it should be removable via the two nuts. Inside the light is complete however the base piece of metal that hold the electrical socket extension on the back and lower bulb in place is broken and will need repair. The reflector looks good as seen in the pictures. The clear glass license lens is nice with no cracks or chips. The one piece glass lens says "HUPP". This lens looks good except for one small edge chip shown in the pictures that absolutely won't be seen when mounted. The metal "STOP" stencil has surface rust. The light rim has natural patina but no splits. This light is being offered in as found condition. Shipping in the U.S. lower 48 states is $12.95
