Description: Beautiful porcelain cameos of a Victorian lady on these tension springs, which I assume were used on windows or curtains. I am not certain. The cameos are in excellent condition. The springs are tight and there is tarnishing/spots on the brass. There is a screw hole at the top and bottom. You can read the word "Patent" at the bottom. The other writing is not legible to me. Measure 4 3/4" long x 1/2" wide. The cameos are 13/16" in diameter.
