Description: This old victorian, black taffeta drawstring purse is highlighted by steel cut or glass beads. I lean towards the steel cut. It does have a handy pocket on the inside to separate your items! There are no tags naming a maker. Possibly handmade and homemade. It is worn and seen better days.
