Description: This antique Victorian Christmas tree fairy light is a rare addition to any collection of period Christmas decorations. This is the only time I have seen an embossed "168" on one of these holiday lanterns. Must be a mold mark. This fairy light features a beautiful cobalt blue color. The three-mold diamond pattern glass is always a great color sparkling from your table, fireplace mantel or decorated tree. This little lantern dates from the 1890s and was likely made either in England or Germany. Condition: three small chips on the as usual, otherwise very good condition.
